    Measuring Inseam

Inseam is the most important metric to consider when deciding on bike size. In order to take this measurement properly, follow these guidelines:

    1. Stand upright with your feet 6-8" apart.
    2. Using a tape measure or tailor tape, measure from the bottom of your foot to the top of the inside of your leg.
    3. Compare your inseam measurement to the standover height of the bike. You should have about an inch of space between your body and the top tube.

      Great bike for the price

The bike was easy to build although I had problems getting the front fender to bolts in place. It kept sliding down and hitting my tire so i eventually just took it off.

Back of front wheel hits my feet when turning. Whether it's from my size 12 foot or design of frame? Have to be mindful of that when riding. Outside of that it's a pleasure to ride.

Hi James! Thank you so much for the kind words. We're glad you're enjoying your bike! The issue you're describing is actually an easy fix. It sounds like your front fork is on backward. We're incredibly sorry if you missed it in the assembly instructions! If you ride it that way you’ll be prone to crashing as your foot and pedal will hit the front wheel. To fix it all you have to do is take off the front wheel, flip the front fork so that it’s facing in the correct direction (arrows facing forward) adjust the handlebars, and reattach the front wheel. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at team@retrospec.com or give us a call at (213) 744-1555 so we can help out. Thank you for taking the time to review your purchase, and we look forward to hearing from you!

      Happy with my Purchase

Very satisfied. My order got lost but customer service jumped right on it and sent me a new bike that I received in two days.

      Smooth ride, easy to assemble

I was a little intimidated to try assembling a bike myself but I do have a little tool experience and I found the whole process pretty straight forward. I watched a couple YouTube videos on break adjustments to make sure I did things properly. I ride as my primary mode of transportation and I've been totally satisfied with my purchase.

      Very easy to put together.

Very easy to put together. Shipped in maybe two weeks, despite holidays. Rides great. The front fender is a little flimsy but it seems to be holding up fine, no scraping. Love the color and have had several compliments so far
