    Measuring Inseam

Inseam is the most important metric to consider when deciding on bike size. In order to take this measurement properly, follow these guidelines:

    1. Stand upright with your feet 6-8" apart.
    2. Using a tape measure or tailor tape, measure from the bottom of your foot to the top of the inside of your leg.
    3. Compare your inseam measurement to the standover height of the bike. You should have about an inch of space between your body and the top tube.

      Great Bike

Wow. This bike looks even better in person. It shipped very fast and arrived in great condition. I want to say I had it in about a week. It was VERY easy to put together. I am shocked some people said it was difficult. I actually put it together by myself. It took no time at all as most of the bike comes assembled. I would definitely purchase another bike from this company. Also, this bike is inexpensive, but it does not feel cheap.

      Second purchase

This is the second Chatham bike I purchased. This one primarily for my wife. She liked mine and she loves her new blue model. Buying experience was very good. Bike arrived on time and no problem. Easy assembly. Good quality. We both really like our bikes.

      Impressed

Something about when you pedal you go further, smoother, considering I’m a 50 year old and am able to pick this bicycle up due to it being so light. Extremely impressed in so many ways. Absolutely recommend for seniors that want to stay active and don’t want to mess with gears. I mean it’s great for the youngens as well. The best, truly the best bike.

      Never received item

Very disappointed with the customer service experience. You can’t speak with anyone on the phone and email replies happen once a week. FedEx said they delivered the bike and I never received.
