Retrospec Fam, Can't tell you how much I love this bike and how pleased I am with my purchase. You thought of everything, right down to the multi tool included in the box to make assembly painless. The shipping box came with everything except air for the tires! You must have written the "How to Prevent Damage During Shipping" textbook because this bike made it 3,000 miles and ZERO damage. Thanks a million! I will be purchasing from Retrospec again and telling all my envious friends at the beach where to shop.
We love the Chatham beach cruiser so much that we bought the Rover Retrospec trailer to take our Little dog along. It is a perfect match and works out great with my wife's CruiseMax Kick-bike with an average leisurely pace of 6 m.p.h. We have been on many nearly 10 mile treks and will keep on trekking on our days off work. Our dog loves the Retrospec Rover trailer. Thanks for providing such awesome products. Sincerely Gerald Sands
The bike welds are poorly done. There is actually a piece of welding rod stuck to the bike. It is sharp and dangerous! The seat becomes uncomfortable after about 5 minutes. Otherwise, the bike rides and shifts well.
Was really excited to get my bike. It is very nice looking. The clamp to hold the seat in place is of really poor quality. I reached out to Retrospec on two occasions for help or advice but got no response. Since the seat post clamp is so poor, I had to drill a hole and insert a screw to keep my seat from turning or sliding down (I am over 200 pounds). Still having a lot of issues with the 3-speed transmission. It slips a lot and that is very frustrating. Oh well, it was a decent price.
Great. Love the bike
