Why is the cut off for shipping so early this year?
FedEx and other large shipping companies have released a "Last Day to Ship" schedule that is earlier than year's past because of an expected higher volume of shipments. To receive your items in time we encourage you to order by our 12/11 deadline.
Is there a chance I will still get my order on time if I order after 12/11?
We believe that many orders placed in the few days after 12/11 will be received in time for the holidays (12/24). FedEx Ground typically delivers packages in 1-5 business days, but they are setting cautious expectations due to an expected high volume of online orders. The closer you are to our warehouse in Southern California, the fewer days it will take to arrive.
Can I cancel/return an order that doesn't arrive on time?
Orders that are placed after 12/11 are not guaranteed to arrive on time for the holidays, but we will do our best. Our normal return policy and process will apply to all orders placed during the holiday shopping season.
