What does error 23 mean? How do I fix it?

Error 23 in Motor Connection Error

Wiring running from the rear hub motor to the controller is damaged/faulty/not connected.

The Fix:

Firstly, please check the connection plugs of the display and motor separately. The plug of motor is near the rear chain -stay and the plug of display is near the handlebar. Please check if the connection plugs are in good condition, re-plug the connections, arrow to arrow. If the error code does not disappear, then please take out the controller and check the electric cables on it. Please make sure the battery is off before the above operations.
