Independent Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. The Inside Sales Representative will play a key role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals through effective communication and relationship-building skills. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company while advancing your career in sales.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and prospect new customers, as well as maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services.
  • Negotiate terms of sale and contracts with customers, ensuring favorable outcomes for both parties.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, providing feedback and insights to the company.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage sales activities, track leads, and generate reports on sales performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to optimize sales efforts and meet customer needs.
  • Maintain professionalism and integrity in all interactions, representing the company positively and professionally at all times.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the Outdoor Sports Industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on delivering value and achieving win-win outcomes.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and attend occasional evening or weekend events.
