What is your warranty policy?
Our warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship. If you receive a defective product, let us know as soon as possible and we will replace it at no charge to you.
Contact us here explaining the issues you’re experiencing and one of our customer service representatives will reach out with the next steps. Retrospec has sole discretion to determine what qualifies as manufacturer’s defects. if you have any questions, please fill out the contact form here.
Please note that we do not pay the cost of shipping warranty parts to you.
