Bike Purchase & assembly
Bought the Chatham beach-cruiser. Unboxed it and assembled it fairly easily. Everything was in the box, no damage and it went together easily. Since it is winter time, we have not ridden it but the assembly was easy.

Solid Beach Cruiser
I was a little wary of this after reading some of the reviews on Reddit about damage, inability to contact customer service, and overall quality. I’m pleased with this bike - it’s not the same as a bike that costs $500+, but it rides well, seems sturdy, looks beautiful, and is overall a pretty decent bike for the price point. Mine arrived without any damage or missing parts, which some reviewers had noted, and I also had a local bike shop assemble it for me, which I highly recommend.
