    Basket doesn't fit my bike

    The description on the website doesn't specify which Retrospec bikes the basket fits. The photos showed the basket on a myriad of bike styles, including a road bike, so I took a chance and ordered it. The basket itself is nice, but it doesn't fit my Retrospec road bike. The basket hangs too low on the handlebars and rubs against the front tire. I wish I could return it but the return cost and restocking fee is almost as much as the bike itself. So now I'm stuck with a basket that I cant use, sitting in a box near my front door.

    Great Basket!

    Great basket. I bought the white one. So far it seems to be of good quality. It’s easy to hook in and out. You have the choice to ride with or without it. It’s also sturdy. It’s practical, perfect size for beach escapes, running errands, farmers market… Easy to put together and if you have any questions customer support is superb.

    They were almost exactly what

    They were almost exactly what I was looking for. Now the color of my handlebar baskets match the color of the other baskets on all three bicycles. The bottom is slightly smaller than the bag I like to carry there but I can live with that.
