Good for Short Distances
PROS
* Super lightweight. If you have to carry this up and down a flight of stairs in your house or apartment building this bike is very easy to pick up and carry.
* Rolls forever. Once you pick up some momentum you can coast for almost a full block without pedaling, so thats great.
* Cool design and look. I got the black on black color and it looks really cool.
CONS
* Took about 2-3 hours to put it together and I had a friend who was handy with tools. Take your time with it.
* The gooseneck cannot be adjusted up or down, it has a single bolt going down through it and it is where it is. I think this is the biggest flaw of the bike. I got the medium size bike and I am 6' and 195lbs. Per the specs it just barely big enough to fit me. I was contemplating getting the large size but the medium works. However, because the handlebars cannot be adjusted up you lean down into the handlebars and this puts a lot of pressure on your arms. So if you plan on using this bike for long distances this may not be the one for you. I bought this just to go 1/4 mile each way to the gym and back and this does the job. But I wouldnt plan on going long distances with this bike. Maybe a mile each way at most. This problem could be easily fixed if they just curved the handlebars up a little bit more so its more of a straight up ride.
* Theres no kickstand included.
* Theres a bunch of stickers on the frame that are really annoying trying to peel off.
* Be aware the tires need a special air…

Harper Plus Fixie
I've used a hand full of other fixed gear bikes State Cycle Fixies, Golden Coast, Ativa, Fuji and Retrospec... For the price of the HARPER PLUS you get all you paid for and even some more. Stainless steel spokes ✔️, Extended Grips ✔️!! I'm 6'2/6'3 and I prefer a 59.. Retrospec trust me from a long time boston courier/bike enthusiast, have hit the nail on the head with the price point and extras on this one. Good work 👏 10/10!!

great bike
got the bike on 12/6/23 put 100 miles [fixie side] on it as of 1/7/24, 61cm, very stiff, stable at 30+mph down hills, a high bottom bracket, so kicks through high speed turns very well, did some short uphill sprints, very very stiff, a quiet comfortable bike. My deal of the century so far!!! :)
