    Lost the Hooks

    I have had this for over year and it works great unfortunately the two hooks have gone missing and I have not been able to find anything online where i can get replacements. Hoping to hear back from customer service soon with a reply

    Need to be more explicit

    Need to be more explicit on setting the wheel wells to fit the bikes! I figured out that you can take apart the wheel well where it slides onto its bar. This allowed me to set the proper width my two bikes. By just sliding the wheel wells onto the bar, they oppose each other making it impossible to set the proper width for both bikes

    Doesn’t work with my ebike

    I’ve got a heybike step through bike and am unable to secure it. The top hook is too high. I look forward to being contacted by customer service to find a solution.

    Hello Laura, Thanks for your review, It sounds like you have step thru model and will need a bike adapter to be able to create the top tube so the top hook can securely hold the bike in place. I have included a link for your reference. Lenox Bike Rack Top Tube Adapter We hope this helps,
