It's fine.
You get what you pay for. I like Retrospec as a whole. Very affordable pricing for my needs. This is my first yoga bolster but the seams and quality are a bit on the cheaper side. I like to wash textiles (if it allows me to) before using and it's already coming apart, I haven't even used it yet. The zipper also broke while I was putting the cover back on.
