How to measure my inseam for a bike

Your inseam can help you find the perfect sized bike (measuring it properly is similar to pant inseams but measured a little differently). Here's how they work:

  1. Stand upright with your feet 6-8" apart.
  2. Using a tape measure or tailor tape, measure from the bottom of your foot to the top of the inside of your leg.
  3. Compare your inseam measurement to the standover height of the bike. You should have about an inch of space between your body and the top tube.

Best aluminum bikes on the market for the money.

Have 9 of these bikes so far at my vacation rentals and they blow away other bikes in the same price range. The components are top of the line. Everything comes perfectly balanced with easy assembly. The wider tires make them safe for all skill levels and I've yet to have a single flat in any of these bikes and I've had them for up to 3 years.

Shipped wrong bike, still waiting on new one.

Ordered the charter 26”, but received a different bike, immediately called customer service and they said I had to email them the information which I did immediately (which was Tuesday). We were promised we would receive new shipping information the following day. That was two days ago and still nothing. I had plans of ordering many of these bikes if we liked this one for our rental company, but not sure because of this transaction. I will update this review if this is resolved soon.
