Territory Sales Representative

We are looking for a Territory Sales Representative to develop and grow assigned sales territories and assist outside sales reps and company retail and wholesale customers. The Territory Sales Representative works closely with dealers to understand their goals and needs, leveraging the company's products or services to create tailored solutions to fuel dealer growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute and participate in the growth and success of our company while advancing your career in sales.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing products and services while identifying potential sales opportunities.
  • Qualify leads through strategic questioning and active listening to assess client needs, challenges, and purchasing intentions.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients by delivering personalized attention and exceptional customer service.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track accounts, and update sales activities efficiently and accurately.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Participate in sales meetings, attend trade shows, and engage with dealers and workshops to enhance product knowledge and refine sales techniques.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proven success in outdoor and/or cycling industry wholesale sales, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey value propositions and influence decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to prospecting and closing sales deals.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Previous experience in e-bike sales is highly desirable.
