What’s the difference between a step over and step through?

Our "step over" e-bikes have a tube going across the top of the bike that you have to swing your leg over to mount the bike. Our "step through" e-bikes either come without a top tube or sport a low top tube, which makes it so that you can step through the frame rather than swing your leg over the top to mount.
