I just placed my order and according to the tracking number, it hasn't been shipped yet. Am I able to cancel it?
No. If the order has a tracking number, then it’s already on the back of a trailer with the selected carrier and just hasn’t been scanned into their facility yet. On a normal weekday, it could take up to 48 hours (or longer during holiday/peak shipping periods) for the carriers to scan the shipment into their system.
