What should I do if I put the wrong shipping address?
In many cases, orders are sent to our warehouse for processing almost immediately after you place your order and shipping addresses can’t be updated. Regardless, please let us know right away if you entered the wrong address and we’ll do our best to help you out.
In order to reroute your shipment, you will need to contact the carrier. We use a variety of carriers to ship our orders, so check your shipping confirmation email to see who’s fulfilling your order.
