Within 50 Days of Purchase

Returns are accepted for product credit if received at our warehouse within 50 days of the date of purchase. Returns are only accepted in retail condition in its original packaging.

Final Sale

Products noted as final sale on our website or communicated via our customer service team are not eligible for returns.

All warranty or spare parts are final sale. This includes but not limited to replacement keys, batteries, electric and non electric components, etc.

After 50 Days

We cannot accept merchandise returns after the 50-day return window.

Conditions for Returns

Refunds cannot be granted for merchandise unsuitable for resale. Merchandise must come with its original packaging and will be subject to inspection. Merchandise that has been marked, damaged by the customer, or with crushed packaging cannot be accepted. Retrospec reserves the right to determine whether or not a product is appropriate for resale outside of the listed restrictions.

Order Discrepancy 

Any product shortage must be reported within 48 hours from receipt of the order. Shortages must be documented on the Delivery Receipt.

Shipping Costs

Retrospec does not cover the cost of return shipping & handling. You are welcome to use your preferred carrier or method to return any purchase from us within the allowed time, or you can take advantage of our negotiated shipping rates by using a provided label. If you choose to use a provided label, the below amounts will be reduced from your refund. In addition to shipping costs, a restocking fee of 50% of the retail price will be applied to all items if used (determined upon inspection).
