What is the difference between "reverse-kingpin" and "traditional" trucks?

Reverse-kingpin trucks allow the board to turn more efficiently than traditional trucks. Typically, this results in more responsive turning and better carving. Traditional trucks are seen on some boards and, when adjusted correctly, work equally as well.
