    Measuring Inseam

Inseam is the most important metric to consider when deciding on bike size. In order to take this measurement properly, follow these guidelines:

    1. Stand upright with your feet 6-8" apart.
    2. Using a tape measure or tailor tape, measure from the bottom of your foot to the top of the inside of your leg.
    3. Compare your inseam measurement to the standover height of the bike. You should have about an inch of space between your body and the top tube.

      Couldn’t Change Shipping Address

My review isn’t about the bike but about the customer service. I called before my order was shipped, only the label was made. I asked if I could get the shipping address changed and I was told no, that I could only refund my purchase. Mind you, these bikes sold out in a day. Instead of telling me I could contact FedEx to reroute or trying to create a new label for me, the CSR just refunded me and sent me on my way. After searching the website, it says that if the order hasn’t shipped then it can be changed (apparently not). Now I’m back at square one waiting for the bike to restock. For how much much I was going to spend you’d think they’d work a little harder to help.

Cheap made, bad customer experience. Spend Elsewhere!

Terrible experience, front to back. Would give 0 stars if I could. Had to wait a long time on backorder, all to get a poor build and worse customer experience. Also, it should be noted, I tried this review 5 times! Still has not posted. They are suppressing bad reviews to artificially inflate their customer satisfaction scoring... Dishonesty seems to be a business model, I guess. Initially, the bike was just OK. Nice price, but it shifted like a rusted jalopy. It's fine, get what you pay for I guess. First issue, bike does not work well with the Rover bike trailer they sell. The coupler and fender mount to the same point, but not together. So you have to mount the fender only in 3 spots, so it rattles and rubs... Super frustrating. And as will be a theme here, they don't sell a way to fix this. Also, if you have two bikes, you know for mom and dad, they only give you one coupler and don't sell duplicates. So tough. The kicker was that about 2 months in, my back wheel assembly was stolen. So, we contacted them hoping they had the right parts so I didn't have to go searching for them. Again, they don't sell the parts. Keelin, the customer service tech, was super unhelpful. He assumed I was asking to cover it under warranty (I never mentioned a warranty), and was generally not useful in fixing the issue. I even searched all over their website to even get the specs so I could go online to buy the parts. Their FAQs sheet is useless. Their owner manuals don't contain the info. I needed to know the specs on the cassette, couldn't find it. All Keelin said was "we aren't a bike shop." This company pushes hard the image of city riding... What kind of city do you know that doesn't have a little theft, which is fine, don't mind buying replacement parts, but a good company would know that if they are marketing to city-dwellers, having extra parts for sale is an inevitable circumstance. Or at least not take so long to inform a customer what the direct part replacement would be. One interesting thing, they will give you a discount on a new bike if your WHOLE bike is stolen, says so on the FAQ sheet. Just a wheel assembly, go kick rocks. Trash company. Terrible terrible terrible, wish I had never spent the some $700 at this company. Will never do it again. Never again... buyer beware!

      Breaks time and time again

Initially, I️ liked the presentation of the bike. It looked great! I️ took it for many rides. I️ gave It two stars because I️ only enjoyed The bike for the first 3 months. After that, it was down hill. I️ got It professionally tuned per recommendation from Retrospec ($100+). Okay, not ideal and I️ could Have probably purchased the bike from a local store. A month into it, the chain continued to fall off. I️ would Put it back on. You know, here and there, the chain falls off. NBD. I️ can Fix it! Now, 7 months into it, the chain ring literally bent in half. Let me tell you, It’s not like i was riding it hard. I mean, i was on a flat surface. There was hardly any force! I️ was 3 miles from my location. I️ had To walk it back in 95 degree weather. I️ had A very long time to think about my experience. I️ messaged Customer service. Here is the response “ Unfortunately our components are only warrantied for 30 days from purchase. I would recommend visiting your local bike shop where they will be able to order you a replacement chainring.“ They were nice, but would not replace the part. Overall, I’m disappointed in the response. I️’m a loyal guy and I️ took A chance with this company. Due to the warranty and handling of this situation, I️ won’t be a returning customer.
