Item is fine, shipping was disappointing
I ordered this in a bundle with one of the Solana mats in order to save on shipping. The roller itself is fine, this review is moreso regarding manner of how it got here and the mat didn't.
First and foremost I want to be very clear that obviously COVID makes things like shipping and working in retail, even online, extremely taxing. I do not fault any of the retrospec workers and appreciate what they do. I ordered the roller mostly as an add on to a mat that I needed more. After ordering it took about two weeks just to get sent out, and on the day both were supposed to arrive I got a notification the yoga mat was actually sold out. I did receive a refund for the item and a discount code, though after trying the code a couple times the thing just did not work. It would have been nice to be alerted that the color was sold out before it was the day I read it was coming in. Plus the entire reason I got the roller was to soften the shipping cost, which kind of defeats the purpose of just ordering another one.
But again, honestly, the roller itself is fine. it's very firm if that's what you're into. Kind of uncomfortable doing on a floor ngl. At the end of the day I'm bummed but it's not a gigantic deal so yeah 4/5.
