Can I buy custom ebikes in bulk?

Yes! Our minimum order quantity for customized bikes is 100 bikes per frame size. If you’re ordering multiple color schemes, the minimum is 50 per color.
How much does it cost to build an e-bike from scratch?

Building an e-bike from scratch isn’t just difficult, it’s also extremely expensive. Some conversion kits can get the job done for less than $1,000, but you’ll still need a starter bike, tools, and a lot of time and energy, and you may run into a lot of hassles if you aren’t an experienced mechanic. The good news is that with our custom e-bike builder, you can design every aspect of your e-bike, and we can handle all the building for you! That saves you time, money, and energy better spent elsewhere!
Can I buy a custom ebike for my business?

Yes, and you can design electric bikes for your business however you’d like! You can fine-tune everything from color to logos, graphics, frames, handlebars, gears, and more to match your brand’s style, aesthetic, and goals.
What is the top speed of a custom e-bike?

Our fastest custom electric bikes can reach speeds of up to 28 miles per hour, and are capable of power both with up to six levels of pedal assist and a push-to-go throttle.
What is the range for a custom ebike?

Our highest range custom electric bikes can travel for up to 72 miles on a single charge, thanks to a robust 500W planetary geared hub motor and 48V/720Wh lithium-ion batteries. Keep in mind that your bike’s range is influenced by the level of pedal assist and throttle you use, as well as the incline of the terrain you’re riding on.
How long does it take to charge a custom ebike?

Battery charging time for a custom ebike varies, but most of the lithium-ion batteries that power our e-bikes take between 3 and 5 hours to fully charge. Best of all, these LG 21700 batteries, seamlessly integrated into the bike frame, can be charged either on or off the bike!
Ebike vs. moped?

There are several reasons you might choose an ebike over a moped or electric scooter. Compared to mopeds, e-bikes are cheaper to purchase and maintain, lighter, easier to store, and have pedals to give you better control on sidewalks and crowded streets.

They’re much more versatile, because you can both ride them on and off the street, on greenways and sidewalks, for example. They also offer the benefit of exercise! Unlike a moped, in most states and countries ebike riders also usually don’t need a license, registration, or insurance.
E-bike vs. electric motorcycle?

Compared to electric motorcycles, electric bikes offer many significant advantages. They are much cheaper to purchase, and cheaper and easier to maintain. They are also lightweight, compact, and easy to store, and you can ride them both on and off the street—on sidewalks, park paths, and other unofficial roadways. The pedals also give riders the benefit of exercise whenever they choose. Unlike an electric motorcycle, in most states and countries e-bike riders also don’t need a licesnse, registration, or insurance.
Electric motorcycles have the advantage of being able to carry a second passenger and more storage, being able to ride on freeways and other main roadways, and being able to reach much higher speeds (upwards of 100mph). Beyond this, an e-bike is the best choice!

Both! We can ship custom electric bikes anywhere in the world. Please note that shipping cost and production timelines will vary based on the shipping destination.
Are there tax benefits to buying ebikes for my company?

Some companies may be able to use accelerated and/or bonus depreciation for a tax benefit on a new electric bike fleet, but we are not tax experts, and tax law varies by state and country. It’s best to ask a local tax law specialist for more information.
