How to measure my inseam for a bike

Your inseam can help you find the perfect sized bike (measuring it properly is similar to pant inseams but measured a little differently). Here's how they work:

  1. Stand upright with your feet 6-8" apart.
  2. Using a tape measure or tailor tape, measure from the bottom of your foot to the top of the inside of your leg.
  3. Compare your inseam measurement to the standover height of the bike. You should have about an inch of space between your body and the top tube.

      Good for the price but kind of heavy

      It is a very beautiful bike. Apart from the frame and the wheels which look fantastic the rest of the bike is kind of cheap:

      -Pedals are plastic (doesn’t affect the ride)

      -The handles for the brakes feel plastic (doesn’t affect the ride)

      -The brakes are kind of hard to adjust (affects the ride)

      -The saddle is hard to adjust (affects the ride)

      -This is an overall kind of a heavy bike, you can’t lift it up the stairs for long.

      I love this bike so much but unfortunately the weight doesn’t let me carry it anywhere I want. I can still lift it and carry it on 5 stairs but no more than that. Would I buy it again? For sure, this bike is awesome. But if you can spend more money, I suggest that you buy one of the options of the aluminum frame.

      Super dope!

      Was looking to upgrade from my scwhinn and immediately fell in love with the retro style of the Beaumont. It does it all. I use it to commute to work, go grocery shopping, cruise around town and pretty much everything. Highly recommend.

      Cutest Hybrid

      The bike is gorgeous! The instructions were simple, it probably took me an hour to assemble it. I love the height, I am 5’2 and it’s very comfortable. I wish the seat was little more comfortable, but that’s fixable.

      Almost exactly what I wanted

      I’m being a contrarian when it comes to bikes. I had an electric bike for over 15 years. But at 80 years old electric bikes are just too heavy; mine was coming to the end of its life; and I no longer make trips of much length. So this snappy looking simple step-thru road bike seemed just what I needed. And so far it is. The only exception is it’s not quite as light as I hoped. I’m glad I had it professionally assembled. I like the ride and on level roads it’s just as fast as my electric. It arrived without any damage.

      Beaumont city bike

      Pretty fire bike no complaints about the bike it’s self. Only downside I had which was while putting it together, it was missing a nut for the front wheel fender so I had to go buy one. Other than that lovely.
