It’s a great bike, I converted it to electric flawlessly. Good sturdy frame and comfortable to ride.
Love the bike, but I can’t ride it because the tires won’t hold air. Extremely disappointing for the price.
Hi V,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Since purchasing your bike in August, it is not unlikely that you could have rode over something sharp that could have punctured the inner tube of your tire. It could have been something as small as a nail, which would not allow your tire to hold air. Since this is normal wear and tear on the item, it is unfortunately not covered under our limited warranty. That being said, I reviewed your account and can see that a member of our customer support team has reached out to you with the offer of a one time courtesy replacement. We are just awaiting your response to process the replacement tube. We appreciate your business and hope this helps get you back on your bike and enjoying the outdoors.
Purchased this awesome bike last September on sale in between design changes. Absolutely love the green body w the yellow cable. Gears shift great, paint holds well, tires are decent. Frame was a little bit of due to the size chart but large works for my 5'10 frame. Really fun to accessorize. Have since changed the seat to a bontrager commuter and a few other items. Dubbed the bike the "Green Machine". Really fun to ride around town, to the park, grocery store, you name it. The green machine even carried me on a four day trip on the Ohio to Erie trail. 326 miles from Cincinnati to Cleveland. Not a single issue. Make it your adventure bike ride. If you're looking for something to have fun on and not worry ab all the other in depth bike blah blah then this is it. Get out there and make your own adventures
This bike is pretty cool, I took it to Mexico City and it rides smoothly in the city; however it was a bit hard to assemble myself, I took it to a bike shop and everything went well. Still haven’t taken it to the trails, but it seems pretty solid, the color is amazing and it seems that you can upgrade a bunch of stuff (components) and it will level up the quality. Pretty good bike overall
The frame is solid. However once I put the bike together the gears were not shifting properly and I had to take it into the shop. The rear derailleur was bent so they had to fix that. I recommend taking to a shop for assembly. Overall a good bike/solid frame and I’m happy with my purchase. However when buying online it seems like there might be issues with damaged parts. In the future I will probably just buy from a bike shop where it comes assembled and tuned for you by professionals :)
