How It Works
Once you place an order for a pre order item, we'll begin working to fulfill it as soon as possible.
When the item arrives at our warehouse, we'll email you with an estimated delivery date.
You'll receive a follow-up email with tracking details once your order ships.
Please note that all delivery dates are estimates and may change. If there are any delays, we'll be sure to let you know.
Pre-Ordered Shipping
Most items land at your door 3-5 business days after they ship. If your order includes both in-stock and pre order items, it will only ship once all items are ready.
When We Collect Payment
You will be charged at the time the order is placed.
