Sizing

How to measure my inseam for a bike

Your inseam can help you find the perfect sized bike (measuring it properly is similar to pant inseams but measured a little differently). Here's how they work:

Stand upright with your feet 6-8" apart.
Using a tape measure or tailor tape, measure from the bottom of your foot to the top of the inside of your leg.
Compare your inseam measurement to the standover height of the bike. You should have about an inch of space between your body and the top tube.

Kids cannot pedal! Rusting already after one season
Can’t figure out what the issue is. We have followed the directions to a T. We have two of these now and they feel like they are a waste of money. Kids always get stuck and can’t pedal and I have to go out and give them a push just to pedal. Also both bikes are very rusted. Just seems like a lot of wear and tear for one season of riding a bike. The bikes are stored inside in the winter and after every ride.

We're sorry to learn about the rusting on your bike. Rust can be influenced by a variety of factors, including the humidity levels and the environment where the bike is stored. Bikes that are exposed to high humidity, salty air (such as near the ocean), or stored in damp conditions can be more prone to rust over time.
To help prevent further rusting, we recommend storing your bike in a dry, well-ventilated area and regularly checking for any signs of moisture or corrosion. You could try using a Brillo pad and applying AS-40 to prevent the pedal from sticking.
We also offer a variety of aluminum bikes that are less likely to rust if you find yourself in the market for a new bike! We sincerely appreciate your business and hope this information was helpful.

Nice little bike
Easy to assemble. Seems easy for our kiddo to ride (she could not get the hang of a balance bike). She is 3.5, but small for her ag,e and the bike is a perfect size fit. It's heavy, but that's good as it takes her a while to get up to a speed that we have to run to keep up! Took a minute for her to figure out how to brake by pushing back, but she's got that down now, too. Would recommend this bike!

Kids 12” bike
My daughter loves it she went from using a strider bike to just hopping on this one and biking with no training wheels. Very nice grip in the handles and so easy to petal!
