Great mat for outside yoga
We do Sunday yoga at a brewery in Minneapolis. When the weather is nice, we’re outside among trees and on gravel or mulch; when it’s cold, we’re inside on cement. This mat is perfect for both!

Love it!
More like 4.5 stars, but it won't let me give halves. I got the dark spruce color and it is gorgeous. I think the thickness of the mat is perfect for exercises on your hands and knees, or your back. For leg day though, I prefer to go without it for more stability.
