Sizing

How to measure my inseam for a bike

Your inseam can help you find the perfect sized bike (measuring it properly is similar to pant inseams but measured a little differently). Here's how they work:

Stand upright with your feet 6-8" apart.
Using a tape measure or tailor tape, measure from the bottom of your foot to the top of the inside of your leg.
Compare your inseam measurement to the standover height of the bike. You should have about an inch of space between your body and the top tube.

Comfortable, Gorgeous & Practical E-Bike!
From the moment I opened the box, I was in LOVE with this bike. The color is gorgeous, and the finishes feel high end. Plus, it's incredibly comfortable to ride (important to me as not a bike riding expert or major enthusiast). The features are awesome -- the long riding range, impressive pedal assist, and bright headlight, to name a few. It's easy for this short person to get on, thanks to the step through frame. I'm so obsessed with this bike, and I can't wait to ride it everywhere!

Awesome bike, great customer service
Bike is awesome. Shipping was way faster than expected. Putting the bike together wasn't the easiest as manual could be a bit clearer/specific but still managed to figure out. We were missing one ***** and an extra accessory I had ordered. Customer service was fantastic though - specifically Jordan. They were super prompt/helpful and I got what I needed right away which gives us faith in getting help in the future if anything else were to arise . Wish the battery could last a bit longer? Rode the bike around on/off for about 3 hours and was already getting low. Overall, still great for what we needed it for! We will be ordering another fat tire bike soon!

Love
I love this bike! Easy on the road and off road! The assist is very touchy if you’re just trying to peddle a little bit it’ll shoot you forward. Sometimes there’s a delay in the throttle. I’ll have the button pushed all the way down and it’ll not go but then kick in and jolt you forward. Other than that it’s been great. I’ll update after I’ve had it for a while.

I live in Colorado and got 450 off on it and it is the best thing it goes off-road every where it really goes like 25 and the throttle is amazing
