My ebike won't turn on, what do I do??
First check the red button on the battery is in the on position. Once it is, check the battery life gauge located on the battery. If there are no lights lit up you need to charge your battery. If you do have lights lit in the gauge and it still doesn't turn on, check to make sure the battery is pushed all the way into the dock and locked with the key to make sure it doesn't come loose in the middle of a ride.
