What does error 21 mean? How do I fix it?

Error 21 means Current Abnormality.

Generally means there is an issue with the controller.

The Fix:

Check to see if the motor cable is connected properly or has been damaged. If there is no damage, take the controller and plug directly into the motor, bypassing the motor cable. If error code persists, test with the new controller.
