How to measure my inseam for a bike

Your inseam can help you find the perfect sized bike (measuring it properly is similar to pant inseams but measured a little differently). Here's how they work:

  1. Stand upright with your feet 6-8" apart.
  2. Using a tape measure or tailor tape, measure from the bottom of your foot to the top of the inside of your leg.
  3. Compare your inseam measurement to the standover height of the bike. You should have about an inch of space between your body and the top tube.

    Nice ride

Really nice bike. Comfortable seat, great color (blue), sturdy, and easy assembly with clear instructions. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is because it's making a noise on the down pedal stroke on the left side. I can't find any maintenance instructions in the owner's manual. I think the bottom bracket just needs to be tightened, so no big deal.

Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase. A solid bike, at a fair price, and delivered early.

    Nice cruisers!

My boys and I recently put four Chatham bike’s together. The instructions were great and the assembly was pretty easy. These are good quality bikes and we’re enjoying them so far.

    Very easy to put together!

Very easy to put together! We ordered 2 bikes and the seat release was missing on 1. Retrospect immediately sent it to us. I also didn’t realize as a first responder they offer 10% discount and again, they immediately refunded me the 10%. Excellent customer service. We can’t wait to start using them.
