The bike itself is awesome - exactly as described and rides easy. I had issues with delivery with some package theft. Zak from customer service was super responsive and kind, and helped me fix the problem with ease. I was so stressed & was treated with care. Overall great experience. Love my e-bike!
Easy to put together. I’m a 58 year old woman and I did it myself in about 45 minutes!
Took a long bike ride with my neighbor- who bought a matching bike and we had so much fun. We will be enjoying this bike for many years to come.
