It's very lightweight and easy to fill, but I don't think it's as durable as my other iSUP. Love how easy it is to put on the fins. Expected it to be more stable since it has three fins but it's not bad. Started having a problem with it losing psi during use today. Hopefully it was just a fluke. Have not used the pump, highly recommend some kind of electric pump for inflation. The bag is fine. The waterproof phone case is very similar to a cheap one I got on Amazon a few years ago so I use another one and leave this one as a backup. Overall, good value for the money...but I've only used it four times in the last month.
Have used it a few times on the lakes of Wisconsin and I love it. Easy to inflate/deflate and so much easier to haul compared to my other (non-inflatable) board. I will very likely order a second for my daughter to use.
Like a lot of people, we've been trying new activities while hunkered down trying to avoid this virus. We are surrounded by water in West Michigan and thought, why not try paddle boarding?! We purchased TWO weekender boards (the blue and the green). They were super easy to set up. Everything we needed was in the handy bag that comes with the boards. Our eight year old sat on the front of the board while we paddled around. We are really happy with the purchase and if we need another board in the future, Retrospec will be on our list to buy from again!
I’ve used my SUP twice so far and it’s been perfect!
I love my new paddleboard. Generally it seems very well made and is a lot of fun to use. I only have 1 complaint. The bottom of the board has a 2” diameter bubble in the surface where the internal stitches have pulled away. The flaw was there from the factory, but it doesn’t seem to be getting any worse. Hopefully it will not be an issue.
