I've had a Weekender Tour since the middle of last summer (2025), and it has been a great paddle board for me to learn on and enjoy summer evenings on the water. I went on average 2-3 outings a week last summer-fall and similar so far this late-spring & summer, with each outing usually around 2 hours minimum, so I have racked up a fair bit of time on this board. I started out as a beginner, having never paddle boarded before. I have a fair amount of lake and river canoeing and kayaking experience, so I took to it pretty easily. Now I can handle pretty large boat wake and chop from wind while standing confidently, and I've become pretty successful at probably beginner-level down winding and catching/riding boat wake/bumps, switching to/from surf stance. This board can do all of it well, especially if inflated to 15 PSI. It's been great to learn on, and I think with a better paddle (the worst/weakest element of the product IMO), I'll be riding it for at least another season happily. My wife has a weekender plus, and the tour is a bit faster, but feels a fair bit less stable in waves/wake, but not drastically less stable. They track about the same. If trying to decide between the 2, it's the seat, kayak paddle, and sling that come with the plus that might make you decide to go with the plus (we never use the seat or kayak paddle though), but you do give up some speed for sure with the plus, vs the tour.
