How to Inflate and Deflate Your Dock
Every Siesta Dock we ship comes with a dual-action hand pump. Unroll the dock, connect the pump to the valve, and inflate until firm, usually about 10 to 15 minutes, depending on the size. An electric pump like the Breeze does the work while you get ready and shuts off automatically. To pack up, open the valve, press the air out, roll from the opposite end, and pack into the included carry bag.
How to Anchor an Inflatable Dock
Anchoring keeps your dock from drifting in the wind or current. The simplest setup is a grapnel-style anchor attached to one of the dock's 15 D-ring tie-down points. Drop the anchor to the bottom, let out enough line to account for water depth and a little extra for drift, and tie off to a corner D-ring. For stronger wind or current, use two anchors on opposite corners. Our Mainstay 3.5 lb folding grapnel anchor kit works with all Siesta Dock models and stows easily in the carry bag. Safety first. Kids should wear a life jacket and have adult supervision anytime they are on or near the water.
