Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. The Inside Sales Representative will play a key role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing new dealers through effective communication and relationship-building. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute and participate in the growth and success of our company while advancing your career in sales.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products/services and identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Qualify leads through strategic questioning and active listening to understand their needs, challenges, and purchasing intentions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing personalized attention and exceptional customer service.
  • Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage accounts, and update sales activities promptly.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Participate in sales meetings, attend trade shows, and visit dealers and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of outdoor and/or cycling industry wholesale sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to articulate value propositions and influence decision-makers.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to prospecting and closing sales deals.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in E-bike sales is a plus.
